Frequently Asked Questions
Delivery:
Prices are inclusive of UK mainland delivery only, for other destinations please contact customer support.
You purchase is dispatched within 2 working days from order confirmation and should be delivered at your doorstep between 3 and 5 days thereafter (UK mainland only).
We will retain proof of postage for each delivery. So if after 7 working day you have not yet received your order please contact us.
Payment & VAT:
The payment is processed through Paypal. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. If you require a VAT invoice, do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer support.
Return and refunds :
We shall try out best to make sure your order is delivered to you in perfect conditions, should you find any fault or damage, please contact Customer support immediately (and within 3 working days from delivery).
If the product arrived to you in perfect conditions, but you have changed your mind and still want to return it, we will accept return of undamaged, sealed orders, but we will retain a £5 fee from the purchase to cover postage & transaction costs. Before returning the product, get in touch with the Customer support.
Data Protection:
Under the principles of the Data Protection Act we would like to inform you that we hold a record of all the details we need for setting you up and servicing you as a customer. This includes special delivery instructions and dietary requirements if applicable. This information may also be used as a basis for sending you information we think will interest you. Should you wish not to be included in this please tick the opt-out box at the point of ordering. However we need the information on file to service you as a customer. If our records of your name, address, telephone number or any other special information are in any way inaccurate please let us know as we want to maintain up to date records.
