Retun & Cancellation Policy
If you pleased your order and have changed your mind, we can refund you (if the order as not been posted). A fee of £ 1.00 is retained after the cancellation to cover paypal costs (which still incur when an order is refunded)
We shall try out best to make sure your order is delivered to you in perfect conditions, should you find any fault or damage, please contact Customer support immediately (and within 3 working days from delivery).
If the product arrived to you in perfect conditions, but you have changed your mind and still want to return it, we will accept return of undamaged, sealed orders, but we will retain a £5 fee from the purchase to cover postage & transaction costs. Before returning the product, get in touch with the Customer support.
Orziera & Induction Hobs
Please notice the diameter of the bottom of the Orziera is 7.5 cm. Some induction hobs do not accept small diameter pans, and require an adaptor to work with our Orziera. Please check you manufacturer to find out about the minimum diameter required for the hob to function. We will not accept back used Orziera that are returned because they do not fit the size of your induction hob.
